  1. These terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases made through Bjarmia web shop, which is available on (Website) and all subpages to the website. Persons must be aged 18 or over to make purchases in the webshop. Also companies can place orders. These terms and conditions apply only to purchases made in the webshop.
  2. As a method of delivery you can choose either Pick up from the Bjarmia Hall (Bjarmia Oy’s shop, Vienantie 1, Kuusamo) or Mail, in which case the products are delivered via Posti (Finnish Mail). Delivery costs: Pickup from Bjarmia Hall 0€, Deliveries to a post office/ Smart Post point in Finland 5.90 and Itella Express Flex 12€. With Itella Express Flex delivery the package is delivered directly to the address given when placed the order. For this reason the recipient’s phone number must be provided in the additional information box so that the delivery time can be settled with the recipient. Shipments to Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland Economy or Priority, 15€ Shipments to other countries Economy or Priority, 29€
  3. Delivery time: Pick up from the Bjarmia Hall: The purchase is ready for pick up the following weekday after placing the order. Mail: Orders are shipped within reasonable time from placing the order, normally between 2-6 weekdays after placing of the order. If delivery time takes longer than that, Bjarmia Oy will contact the customer directly. Bjarmia Oy Is not responsible for delays due to Posti’s actions.
  4. Consumer customers are entitled for a right to return unused items within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item/items, not including the day of delivery. The returned item and its packaging shall be in substantially the same condition as when received. Customers are requested to notify Bjarmia Oy of the return of items by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. BEFORE returning said items. The customer is responsible for careful packaging of the items. The return policy does not include orders of Marimekko fabrics because of their custom made nature (they are cut to a certain length). Returned items are to be posted to the address:

  5. Despite careful packaging, shipments may sometimes be damaged in transport. It is therefore advisable to check the condition of the postal package upon collection in the presence of a postal clerk. If the package has been damaged in transport and if the items have also been damaged, notification thereof is to be made immediately at the post office concerned.   6. Bjarmia Oy has the subject to change the pircing and the terms and conditions of the webshop. However, the pricing or the terms of the confirmed orders will not be changed
  7. The product variety of Bjarmia Oy is wide and items presented in the web shop are normally in stock constantly. Sometimes a product may be temporarily out of stock – in which cases Bjarmia Oy will contact the customer directly.
